Join the 161st Street Business Improvement District (BID), Manny's Boogaloo Crew, Morrisania Band Project, Okamoto Studio and Urban Design Forum as we officially launch a new installation at Lou Gehrig Plaza Tuesday, August 20 at 4pm.

Over the past year, we've worked with design studio's Modern Urban Design (MUD) Workshop, Habitat Workshop and lighting designer Sighte Studio to reimagine Lou Gehrig Plaza. Over the next couple of months we will have various events, activations and more to celebrate this space within a space that shows that the Bronx can also develop a community-driven public spaces just like any other borough in our great city.
