Do You Live in Plymouth?

Learn about the Proposed New Charter for the Town of Plymouth in this informational forum hosted by Julie Thompson, Executive Director of PACTV on March 13th, 2023.

Town officials and staff from multiple departments as well as boards and committees participated, and questions submitted by the public were asked and answered.

Why does this matter?

The Town Charter defines the government structure under which Plymouth operates, and may create local offices, distribute powers, duties, and responsibilities among local offices; and that may establish and define certain procedures to be followed by Plymouth.

Town Election Day is Saturday, May 20, 2023. For the proposed new charter to take effect, it must be approved by a majority of the voters of Plymouth.
