Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving.


And that is exactly what we will be doing on Saturday 17. September 2022.


We are very excited to announce our next SCCC event. This time it's time to hop on your bike and get out into the fresh air for the SCCC cycling event


Ride your bike through beautiful Stanley Park in fall while networking with other members of the Swiss Canadian Chamber of Commerce. Afterwards, you'll have the great opportunity to learn more about the sport from Olympian and TaG Club founder Lesley Tomlinson. The event will be rounded off with further networking and a delicious lunch at Black Kettle Brewing.

When: Saturday, September 17, 2022 - 09:00am - 01:30pm

Meeting point: Stanley Park information booth (If you would like to park your car where the ride ends, the meeting point is at the TaG Studio in North Vancouver at 08:30am.)

Price: Free (F&B not included)

Registration deadline: Thursday, September 15, 2022

Level: All levels are welcome

Event Program


08:30am: Departure at TaG North Vancouver Studio in case you want to park you car where the event ends

09:00am: Meet-up at Stanley Park information booth

09:10-11:30am: Cycle some laps around Stanley Park. Afterwards crossing the Lionsgate Bridge and taking the NV Spirit Trail to the TaG Studio in North Vancouver. 

11:30am-12:00pm: Short presentation about cycling from TaG Founder and Road & MTB Olympian Lesley Tomlinson. 

12:00-01:30pm: Lunch and networking at Black Kettle Brewing


Meet our speaker Lesley Tomlinson

Lesley Tomlinson 

TaG Founder - Road & MTB Olympian


With Olympic & Commonwealth Games in 2 cycling disciplines, World Championship titles and countless elite podiums to her name, Lesley’s path has taken her from professional athlete to all round cycling advocate. A 5 year stint on the Cycling Canada board, many years as a television analyst and commentator on cycling events, and developing young athletes to National titles and World Championship selections are just a few of her contributions to the bike world.


Co founder of TaG Cycling, Lesley now draws on the depth of her experience to champion the goals of any rider. You couldn’t ask for a better mentor in your corner.
