Brian turned to Christian HELP several months ago.

He was an experienced pastor and leader who was also passionate about computers. He has a family to feed and many skills but was unsure of what he wanted to do.

He was confused.

“I know I’ve done a lot but didn’t know how much experience I’d accumulated. It all seemed so scattered.”

Our Employment Services Team Manager talked with Brian, learning about his skills and listening to his ambitions. She then placed him in the care of a Christian HELP career coach who could best partner with him.

Brian's career coach looked at his transferrable skills from his experience in the mission field. Together, they discovered he collaborates well with diverse groups. He is a mentor with excellent communication skills. He displays customer satisfaction skills by partnering to solve problems within the church.

Bottom line, Brian didn’t realize how much he had to offer!

Brian just needed to get organized.

He worked diligently with his career coach, trimming his resume and cover letter. They then cleaned up his elevator pitch and interviewing skills.

All this hard work paid off! Brian accepted a position at the salary he needs to take care of his family!

“My career coach helped me make sense of it all.
I don’t know where I’d be without Christian HELP.”
