Hello all,
As most everyone is probably aware, we have a busy election season in 2023. York County residents will have multiple selections to make when they go to the poles later this year at both the local and state level. Included in this year's elections will be:
- All five of the Board of Supervisors seats
- All five School Board seats
- County-wide offices:
- York-Poquoson Sheriff
- Commonwealth's Attorney
- Clerk of Court
- Commissioner of Revenue
- County Treasurer
- Soil & Water Directors
We'll also see two of York County's own compete for an office in the Virginia General Assembly. Chad Green is competing for the 69th District delegate position and retired York-Poquoson Sheriff Danny Diggs is running for the District 24 senate seat.
Accordingly, I'm seeking to continue serving as your Board of Supervisor representative in York County's District 4. As I wrap up my initial term in 2023, I'll be campaigning for my first re-election race and that race is now in full swing. I have campaign literature and bumper stickers ready to share. I have campaign yard signs looking for homes so please let me know if you'd like to host one in your yard or know of someone who may be interested in one. If your organization or HOA would like for me to come speak at an event/meeting, please let me know.

My family and I have lived in York County for 24 years and there are many aspects about the county we have come to treasure. From our rich history to our friendly neighborhoods, great schools, beautiful scenery and busy waterfront, York County has a unique character that's important to preserve.
