Winter is a time of stillness and quiet and turning inward. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), they call it the most yin of the seasons. Winter is nature’s time of hibernation - an active rest - which is necessary to preserve, replenish and store energy for spring growth. It is also the time that the “couch calls to you” when you walk in the door after work.

Please join us for special classes and workshops to help stimulate chi and restore vitality in the snowy winter time... together we will get through this season of yin and move on to the yang!

6:00 to 7:30 p.m. - The team from Saje will join Brian Simser for the Build Your Personal Power - A Journey Through the Chakras class using essentials oils.

7:30 to 8:30 p.m. - Everyone is welcome in the Elements room to meet the Saje team and have your questions answered, sample products and receive discounts on available Saje merchandise.

February 8th
1:00 to 2:15 p.m. - Join Richard Hudspith for a v ery special Stress Redux class with essential oils using oils from Saje Natural Wellness.
