House 403 is an extension of Movement Workshop - a combination of community and nature-inspired wellness for your mind, body & home. We believe that wellness goes beyond your workout. It is woven into your daily routine, the people in your life, and the space you live in. House 403 is a place where everyone is welcome - to practice yoga, to enjoy a cup of coffee, to read a book, receive a massage, therapeutic body treatment, or nutrition plan.

Yoga Demo w/ Jill Rodgers


Jill has been teaching Small Group Yoga (both virtually and in-person) at Movement Workshop for several years, and for those of you who haven't been able to make it on Wednesday at 11:30am, now is your chance to take her class at House 403!

SOMA BREATH w/ Jamie Holzman


In this class Jamie will lead you through the energize meditation routine which encompasses movement, vocal toning, guided meditation and breathwork. This practice has amazing benefits including increased aerobic capacity, so it’s the perfect cross training to your workouts! It will also

make you feel happier, healthier and more at peace.


The breathwork has 3 components:

1. Rhythmic breathing: stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system bringing us into heart coherence.

2. Exhale breath retention: increases the co2 levels in our blood prompting the o2 in our bloodstream to detach from the hemoglobin and travel deep into our organs and tissues promoting healing and regeneration.

3. Inhale breath retention: expands our consciousness bringing new insights and ideas.

THURSDAY, September 19th 7:30AM - 8:30AM


Movement, Breath & Meditation w/ Clementine Cummer


This class will begin on the floor with gentle movement (asana) to warm up the hips, legs and breathing body. Participants will then practice breath awareness (pranayama) from a variety of reclining or seated postures. We will close our practice with a period of seated meditation.


This class is appropriate for any of any level of experience. 

THURSDAY, September 19th 10:30AM - 11:45AM


Posture & Breath w/ Clementine Cummer


This class will explore a range of yoga postures: reclining, seated, standing and inverted. Postures will be sustained over several breaths and we will practice breath awareness within the postures. Use of props (blocks and blankets) will be encouraged to support healthy alignment and freedom of breath.


Intermediate level practice.
