2021 Joseph Drouhin Saint-Veran White Burgundy
91 Points - John Gilman, View From the Cellar:
"2021 Saint-Véran in offers up a complex nose of apple, pear, toasty soil tones, summer flowers and a nice touch of vanillin oak. On the palate the wine is bright, complex and full-bodied, with a good spine of acidity, fine depth at the core and a long, focused and slightly tensile finish. This wine is a lovely drink for near-term consumption. 2023-2028+."
90 Points - James Suckling:
"Very fresh and juicy with plenty of lemon blossom and mirabelle aromas on the lively medium body. Good length with a touch of saltiness in the finish. Drink now."
Jancis Robinson:
"Tight and quite fine. Almost more like Hautes-Côtes than exhibiting the ripeness of a Mâconnais!"
