A Message from the Principal

Dear Yasuhara Families,

Winter break is upon us, and we're grateful for so many things. It’s hard to believe we've finished 2023, and are entering 2024. We've had a fantastic first half of the school year. Our 8th graders continue to set a wonderful example for our younger students as they prepare to transition to High School. Our athletes have represented Yasuhara phenomenally, and we couldn't be prouder of each and every one of them. We just completed our second “Non-Tardy Party” and celebrated 280 students who had fewer than two tardies for the month of November.

Be sure to check your child’s power school account; mid-quarter grades have been submitted and are ready to view. If you need help accessing your child’s grades, please contact us, we're happy to help you log in. We always appreciate collaboration with home to support student achievement. Have a wonderful winter break, and enjoy the holiday season!

Sincerely,

Stephanie Lundberg
