Patriot Clay Shoot Tournament

Saturday, September 7th at Vero Beach Clay Shooting Sports to benefit the Patriot Football Program. Spaces are limited! Sponsorship opportunities are available.

Clay Shoot Information

Gun raffle to benefit the Patriot Football program: $20/ticket. Purchase from the Athletic office. You do NOT have to be present at the Clay Shoot to WIN!

Lunch Orders - Orders for next week must be placed through your FACTS family portal by midnight on Thursday. Be sure to scroll to the bottom of the menu and click ORDER ITEMS. Also, make sure there are funds in your lunch account BEFORE ordering. Lunch ordering instructions may be found HERE.

 

Yearbooks - Special early-bird pricing through October 17th! Order HERE. Yearbook portraits will be taken on Thursday, August 29th. Please be in uniform (no PE or spirit shirts).


Master's Academy Car Decals - If you didn't get a car decal at Back-to-School Night, stop by the office and pick one up!


Parking Permits - High School students who drive on campus MUST have a parking permit issued through the school office.


Morning Drop-off - For the safety of all, please DO NOT drop your student off until you are pulled into a bay in front of the portico. If you park, please use the crosswalk to walk your student to the front door.


Room Parent Meeting - Tuesday, August 27th at 6:30 PM. If you are serving as room parent you will receive an email this week - please attend the meeting!

Volunteers Needed - Tuesdays, 3:00 - 7:00 PM, for Home Volleyball games (High School students welcome). Email Coach Boyer for details.

Upper School News

SGA Elections - THIS WEEK. Winners will be announced in chapel on Friday.


Upper School Conditioning - Voluntary opportunity for students and athletes who are not currently active in an athletic season sport. Mr. James Flaming is offering this on M/W/F, 3:30-4:30 PM starting September 4th. Bring cleats and athletic shoes. If weather is not conducive to being outside, workouts will be held in the youth building (shortened workout).


College Visits - Stetson University will be on campus Tuesday, September 24th, 9:15 - 10:00 AM


Lower School News

Kindergarten WSRRT and RightStart Math Training - Kindergarten parents, please attend in your child's classroom TONIGHT, 5:00 - 6:15 PM. Bring your WSRRT and RightStart kits to the training.

 

Pep Rally - Lower School students may wear spirit shirts and PE shorts on Friday, August 30th.


EAL (Elementary Athletic League) - Registration is now open. Return your paperwork and payment before the season start date. Interested in volunteering? Email Mr. VanArsdall.
