Welcome to this Week's FAMILY EVENT PLANNER! Summer is going by quickly. Are the Kids ready for Preschool and after school activities in the Fall? The Learning Experience in Centereach and Stony Brook is having their Fall Open House on August 9th and 16th. Make sure to mark your Calendar. Petland Discounts is continuing to have Cat's for Adoption at many locations. Is your child looking for a pet? The LI Aquarium and the LI Science Center both have some great programs every day. A day trip to Riverhead is a perfect little get away. Nassau County is offering some wonderful outdoor Movies at Eisenhower Park and Nickerson Beach. A great way to be outside and have the kids entertained. If your looking for a Parents Night Out then Plaster Kraze has a Tween Movie Night. Kids can make a craft and see a movie too. Rkidtects of Tomorrow and The Ice Cream Party Shoppe are also having a great night for the Kids. Anytime Legos� and Ice Cream are together a great time will be had by all! The Garden of Eve Farm has a great cooking class again this week. Make sure to register your little chef. The LI Children's Museum continues to have their Wonderland Dreams event. If you are looking to perform then contact the American Theater Workshop. They are rehearsing and performing a musical in two weeks! Long Island has lots to do!
