There are plenty of ways to volunteer with our Young Adult Ministry! The below Involvement and Volunteer Form is a great first step in letting us know you're eager to get more involved and help our community thrive. All we need is your name and email to get started so that we can reach out to you directly. March Madness Potluck

Saturday, March 23 | 1:00pm

Everybody loves March Madness, so we will be showing multiple games for the March Madness basketball Tournament on Saturday March 23rd from 1pm-5pm. We have included the below spreadsheet for Food/Drinks sign up but feel free to bring a dish, snack, or dip to share with the other members of the St. Al’s YAM community.

YAM Dating Panel: Navigating Catholic Dating

Saturday, April 13 | 7:00pm

Join YAM for a Catholic Dating Panel where we will have an open discussion on Catholic dating. We will have a panel of married and engaged couples who will give their perspective on best practices of dating, finding your vocation, advice on how to tackle Speed Dating (during and after) all while staying true to your Catholic beliefs.

Speed Dating

Saturday, April 20 | 6:00pm

Young Adult (21-39 yrs old) speed dating will take place on Saturday, April 20th with registration check-ins beginning at 6:00pm. This event will be held at St. Alphonsus Festival Hall.

Cost per individual ticket is $50. You must pre-register for the event. Final day to register is Wednesday, April 17th. At the door sign ups are not allowed, to ensure everyone is able to meet their matches for each round. Please follow all instructions to register below:

Praise & Worship

Friday, March 22 | 7:30pm

On Friday, March 22, spend time with our Lord in praise and adoration in the church. After stations of the cross held at 7pm, we'll spend the first 15 minutes in silent adoration, and then our musicians will lead worship in song. Confession will also be available! The hour will conclude with benediction.

Holy Week Dinner and Discussion w/ Fr. Pat Gorman

Wednesday, March 27 | 7:00-8:30pm

We'll be joined by Fr. Pat Gorman in a triumphant return to St. Alphonsus on Wednesday, MArch 27th to give a talk about the Last Supper, the Eucharist, and the Priesthood. More information will coming soon on social media as well, but mark your calendars!

Look ahead to warmer days when we can sit out on the front veranda and listen to a great speaker series come July! We have four amazing speakers lined up for Theology on Tap, which will take place every Wednesday evening in July on the St. Alphonsus veranda.
