Hi Friends!

We had a wonderful long weekend in Florida for our Middle School Beach Retreat! We spent lots of time outside swimming, on the beach, and playing. We even conquered our fear of heights while riding the Sky Wheel! It was a great time spent in community, building relationships, and having chats about faith.

Youth trips are an incredible way to build friendships and further explore your relationship with God. If you haven't been on a trip with All Saints', I hope you will join us for one of our upcoming trips during the 2023-2024 year! Our next trip is our High School Fall Retreat during the weekend of August 18th-20th at Camp Mikell. You can find all of the information and registration below...I hope you will join us!

Acolyte and Youth Lectors

2023-2024

Are you interested in becoming an acolyte or youth lector? Are you already an acolyte or lector and are ready to keep serving and growing as a leader in the church? Then sign-up below! We will start assembling our acolyte teams in August so don't wait to sign-up!

Acolyte and Youth Lector Training will be on Saturday August 12th. All acolytes, whether new or seasoned, are expected to be there if they can.



Join us on August 6th as we are joined by Holle Tubbs, Youth Missioner for The Diocese of Atlanta and co-author of "Keep/Watch: Suicide, Christ, and Community"

Keep/Watch is a learning tool for people of faith around suicide causes and prevention. This approach to suicide prevention is informed by Scripture, the Book of Common Prayer, statistical data, and evidence-based resources. The goal is to see all churches become “Keep/Watch congregations”: faith communities that are rooted in worship and welcoming to those who need a place to belong.

Please join us for this free training, with lunch provided, after the 10am service in Ellis Hall. Registration can be found below.

Keep/Watch is open to all ages who wish to participate and we welcome and encourage youth and their parents to attend.

Formation Teachers Needed

for the 2023-2024 Year!

The statistic we always hear is that is takes at least 5 meaningful relationships with adults at church for youth to want to stay involved in church beyond high school. Are you ready to become one of those adults in the life of our youth?

We are looking for formation teachers, specifically in our high school room and 7th grade room, for the 2023-2024 year! Beginning in September, you would be committing to spending Sunday mornings teaching our youth (curriculum is provided) and building meaningful relationships with them throughout the formation year.

High School Fall Retreat

August 18-20

All 9th-12th graders are invited to a weekend retreat at Camp Mikell where we will explore nature, enjoy fun activities, and spend time with each other before we begin the new formation year!

Our theme will explore the phrase "What Would Jesus Do?" (Hint: He Would Love First!) and how that plays into our lives ands the world around us.

It’s going to be an amazing weekend full of fun and relaxation!

We will depart from All Saints after school on Friday and will arrive back on Sunday afternoon.

Cost is $115 and includes travel, lodging, activities at Camp Mikell, and food

Summer Acolytes and Readers

Sign-Up Now!

It's officially time to sign-up for summer acolyte and reader slots! Like last summer, our acolyte schedule will be "schedule yourself" style so you can choose Sundays when you are in town. This puts the ownership on you, so please try and schedule yourself at least 2-3 times (but more if you can!) This ensures that our Sunday service runs smoothly and always has acolytes present. Reminder—we only have one service on Sunday mornings in the summer so your commitment would be during the 10am service.
