Dear Earthlight Earthlings & Star Beings, 🎇

I am not an astrologer, but I watch them on YouTube, and my favorites are Joni Patry and The Leo King. Both are accurate, calling it as they see it directly from the stars.💫 Being forewarned is being prepared, the way I look at it; scroll down to see the link to Joni's channel if you're open to Vedic astrology. Mars, the red planet of war, anger, and strife, in conjunction with Uranus, the planet of sudden abrupt changes with this star Algol called the Devil Star, stirring up mayhem all over the place. Wow, that is precisely what we have been experiencing here in the USA, not to mention that the USA is going through its collective Pluto Return that happens every 244 years. Wow, what a literal and figurative explosion, with an environmental crisis here too! No one said birthing the New Earth would be accessible; birth is messy, but let's focus on the Blue Planet we love to see after these times have passed! 🌍

So what is the solution? How do we self-soothe during these turbulent times? The sacred tree Noya Rao that I drank during my dieta in Jamaica last month has given me tenants to live by now that may help you: stand straight, sway gently when the storms come so you do not break, silence is golden, observe the situation, refrain from overreacting, stand firmly rooted, stop with the gossip, and finally if you feel traumatized by events unfolding go to the forest or ocean and shake it off scream if you have to sit down then and practice breathwork, yoga, or meditate to binaural beats to rebalance your brain.
