General Information
Badge Identification
All congress participants and guests must wear a World Sleep 2019 congress badge. Badges allow entrance to the scientific sessions and access to the convention center. Your cooperation with this policy is appreciated. Recycle your badge holder after the congress by dropping it off at the registration desk area. Replacement badges can be obtained at the registration desk for a fee.

Seating
Scientific sessions are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. World Sleep Society along with the Program Committee reviewed the scientific sessions to anticipate demand to match the room size with expected seating. Occasionally, a talk will have higher demand than expected. Seating limits are strictly enforced by the Vancouver Convention Centre and the city of Vancouver. We encourage delegates to arrive early for best possible seating.

Cameras and recording devices are not allowed to be used in the scientific meeting rooms at any time. Violation of this rule could result in removal from the World Sleep 2019 Congress on Sleep Medicine and Vancouver Convention Centre, along with the confiscation of the film and/or recording device.

Read more policies and general information in the final scientific program .
World Sleep 2019 is organized by World Sleep Society and hosted by the Canadian Sleep Society . Members of either organization receive a discount on World Sleep congress registration .
