Saturday October 12th, 09:30-11:30
Hotel Annapolis, West Street, Annapolis MD
This two hour panel discussion, run in association with SAIL magazine, is an informative introduction to offshore cruising and will cover topics including preparing your boat, selecting equipment, sail choice, life onboard, crew management, route planning and weather. The panel will include experienced cruising sailors, providing a wide range of opinions and experiences. Joining our panel again this year are voyagers Sheryl & Paul Shard of

Whether your ambition is to cruise to the Bahamas, down island to the Caribbean, across the Atlantic, or around the world - with a rally (we hope!) or on your own, there will be plenty to learn from our panel. It's an open forum, so you will be able to join the discussion and ask questions of the panel.
The Forum is held a short distance from the US Sailboat Show, at the Hotel Annapolis on West Street from 09:30 - 11:30 with breakfast and a ticket to the show included is the registration fee of $20. There is also a forum only option if you already have a Sailboat Show ticket.
