Upledger Health Science Essentials (UHSE)
Comprised of two courses,
Applied Anatomy and Physiology
(80 study hours) and
Pathology
(15 study hours), UHSE is a highly visible approach to gain insight into how structures and
systems of the human organism function together in health and disease.
This program is an opportunity to refresh and update your skills. Or if you do not already have this training or you are located in an area that does not require a hands-on license to perform CST, this program will fulfill the educational requirement for Upledger CST and for Upledger CST Certification.

In return, we ask that you be self-responsible for taking the time to develop competency with CST techniques, anatomical knowledge, palpation acuity, and at the SomatoEmotional Release 1 (SER1) and above level, the facilitation of SER which incorporates imagery and dialogue. Class time alone is not sufficient for developing competency to progress in the curriculum. All students need to take time between classes to review, assimilate, and clinically apply what was taught before taking the next class.

In Australia, an effort to label all alternative (traditional, complementary) medicine products as “based on pseudoscience” has failed.
This article is important to share, as many times complementary healthcare modalities are maligned by saying there is not enough science behind them. People who watch the news or read mainstream news have the impression that “scientific” medical research is remarkably valid and always progressing.
