Georgia Loss can assist you by providing a FREE Health and Safety Inspection, once an approval to rekey the property has been given. Furnish us with your required documentation and we will complete it for you! Additionally, we will supply you with a list of items that need to be addressed immediately, supporting photographs, and a bid to remediate the concerns. Should you desire us to determine occupancy, as well, for a small charge, we can visit the property, shoot street, address, front, side, rear photos (when possible), and photos of any personal property (when possible).
