Mindful Movement Guide

Lizy Maratea is the creator of Full Spectrum Compassionate Coaching, through which she offers cannabis education and protocol development, as well as guidance on mindfulness, movement, and mindset management for transforming one's life.

Diagnosed at the age of three with a degenerative connective tissue disorder (Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome) and at the age of 33 with complex post traumatic stress, Lizy has managed her own chronic pain, OCD, ADHD, and anxiety with the aid of cannabis for more than twenty years, and found synergistic healing when combining plant medicine with mindfullness and movement.

Lizy has been actively educating others on the science and benefits of cannabis and holistic healing for more than ten years. She has experience behind the counter of a medical cannabis dispensary where she helped hundreds of patients acquire their medicine for a wide variety of afflictions. She has also worked several years in developing and teaching various forms of mindful movement to children, adults, and individuals of all ages and needs.

She offers personalized information and support in starting your healing through cannabis. Through thoughtful conversation, she will design a tailored approach for your needs with consideration for your medical history and cannabis experience, without overwhelming you. She will also educate you on the benefits of terpenes and their interaction with your endocannabinoid system.

Lizy is also a writer, artist, nature-based educator, and mentor for the Natural Wellness Academy. She enjoys reading, learning, music, cooking, and being with her family on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.

Get BAKED Stuffed Pretzels Rolls Local, Tasty, and Expanding

It is the evolution of a stuffed pretzel‼️

We take that traditional pretzel and toss out all those traditional methods. FIRST, we make our delicious pretzel dough from scratch with our secret recipe of all natural ingredients, then we take our vegan dough and flatten it out calzone style, but thinner! Imagine a PAPER thin Pretzel. Weird, right?! Get BAKED and you’ll get it! Once it is a flat sheet, we take TOP notch ingredients from top brands, and we roll up all sorts of favorite food combinations inside, baking it FRESH before your eyes. Based on the set up, you’ll be able to watch the process from start to finish, and we love it!!

A streamlined, healthy fast food option that moms love with their kids, dads love with their beer, sports fans wave around in one hand, and festival goers grab and go on the way to their next set. We offer bulk orders and catering.

Stay tuned for exciting news in the Ocean Pines area! Until then, catch the trolley at every festival this season.
