Interior House Checks
One of our most popular home concierge services, this service is perfect for rental properties whose owners live out of the area and people who need a little extra help maintaining their property. A complete interior home check, as well as an exterior property check, is included in this service.

• Ensuring all security systems are operational.
• Inspecting all water fixtures.
• Checking for water leaks at windows, doors, and ceiling.
• Running water in all showers, sinks, tubs, and flushing toilets.
• Ensuring the freezer and refrigerator are working properly.
