Dear Scouter,
It is my pleasure to extend a personal invitation to participate in our upcoming Wood Badge outdoor experience, where you will develop your leadership and teambuilding management skills. Day 1 of the 5 day course learners are Cub Scouts in a Pack, graduating into a Scouts BSA Troop at the end of Day 1 to spend Day 2-5 in a Scouts BSA Troop. The course will be offered at TL Storer Scout Reservation, on April 12-14 and May 18-19.
It is my sincere hope you’ll be able to arrange your time and other commitments so you can become part of this great experience. If you are unable to attend, please encourage any Scouters that you know who have not taken this course to register. The registration link is below. Class size is limited and it is filling up fast.
I can assure you that our staff is dedicated to providing you with the highest quality training and personal growth experiences. It is through trained, dedicated and enthusiastic Scouters that difference in the lives of our youth are made. I urge you to review the information below. As noted above.the size of a Wood Badge course is restricted; as such, participants will be accepted on a first-come, first -served basis until we reach our course capacity.
Wood Badge is a great opportunity for adult scout leaders to challenge themselves to become better leaders and to provide quality programs for our youth. I hope you’ll be able to join us! Please reach out if you have any questions.
Yours in Scouting,
Jerry Cross
