It is time to launch our Women in STEM program and nominate our 7th annual Reaching for the Stars Award winner!

Our Women in STEM program launches on September 11th at 7pm with a webinar hosted by myself and 3 scholarship winners from previous years.

At FIRST Chesapeake, we are deeply committed to recognizing and celebrating the remarkable women who tirelessly advocate for females in STEM and FIRST programs. Their dedication and passion deserve to be highlighted and we need your help to do so!

We invite you to nominate a woman within your organization or network who has made a significant impact as a champion for girls and women in STEM and FIRST. This could be someone who has mentored young women, led initiatives to increase female participation in STEM, achieved honors and broken ceilings in their industries, or actively promoted diversity and inclusion within their organization and/or industry.

The winner of our Reaching for the Stars Award will be recognized at our April Women in STEM Breakfast event as well as on our website and during our Women in STEM programs throughout the season. The winners' story will serve to inspire others to follow in their footsteps. This is a wonderful opportunity to shine a light on those who are making a difference in STEM and the FIRST community.
