Please come to “Prince on the Green” after school tomorrow! We will have rides for the students, food trucks, music, fellowship, and more. Please remember to bring your annual fund gift as your admission ticket. The annual fund supports our school budget by making up the difference between what we charge in tuition and what it actually costs to educate a student (this year, that difference is $733 per student). If you’re a new family, you will love this carnival-themed event!

Prince on the Green: “Happy Fall Y’all” will be held on

Monday, September 18th from 3:30 – 7:30 pm.  



This school-wide event is hosted by the Development Office

and will kick off this year’s Annual Fund.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Monday, September 18th is a school-wide Spirit Day. Students may wear spirit wear on this day.

• Students that attend Happy Fall Y'all and sign in at the welcome table may also wear spirit wear on Tuesday, September 19th.

This EXCITING school-wide event will feature a live DJ and FUN rides.

Dinner will be available for purchase from Maepole,

Baddies Burgers, and Chick-fil-A food trucks.

JV & Varsity

Tennis Interest

for Spring 2024

• All 9^th-12^th grade girls interested in Varsity Tennis in the spring will have an interest meeting on Wednesday, September 20^th during high school lunch in Room 214 (Coach Sadler’s Room).

• All 9^th-12^th grade boys interested in Varsity Tennis in the spring will have an interest meeting on Thursday, September 21^st during high school lunch in Room 214 (Coach Sadler’s Room).

• Any 8th-grade boys or girls interested in trying out for JV tennis should e-mail Coach Sadler at esadler@princeave.org for more information.

• Anyone who is interested in playing, but unable to attend their meeting, should also e-mail Coach Sadler at esadler@princeave.org.

Baseball Meeting

Monday, September 25th

Wolverine Cafeteria

This meeting is mandatory.

All baseball players in 7th through 12th grades

should attend with at least one parent.

Players who are practicing with other sports

should come in after their practice.

Important Note: Players will be sized for uniforms at this time.

Boys Basketball Interest

Basketball season is just around the corner, and tryouts will be held next month. Last year over 60 players tried out for teams,

and it is sure to be competitive again this year. 

Tryouts for the middle school team will be the week of October 16th. Tryouts for the high school team will be the week of October 23rd. 

Anyone who participates in tryouts must have a physical

uploaded to PRIVIT by October 10th.

It is time for

another season of

Prince Youth Basketball!

• Experienced players will compete in the highly competitive Athens Premier League (boys) and Northeast Georgia Feeder League (girls).

• Registration is open to 3rd-6th graders until September 29th.



• Roster space is limited per grade.

• 7th-grade teams are filled following middle school tryouts.

• All activity fees will be billed to your FACTS account.

• We need coaches for each grade level. Please email ccharles@princeave.org for more information.

• Boys teams will be split into an “A-team” and a “B-team” per league competition guidelines.

Youth basketball will begin soon, and we are looking for gym space for team practices. If your church or organization has a gym we could possibly use, please contact JD Powell at jdpowell@princeave.org.

CAMPUS-WIDE PHOTOSHOOT

Parents and Students,

Thursday, September 21st will be a campus-wide photoshoot day. We will have a professional photographer on campus taking pictures for marketing purposes. Please be mindful of dress code guidelines including boys' haircuts and chapel dress.

Students should also be prepared to remove sweatshirts and outerwear for pictures if requested to do so. Thank you for your help with promoting PACS.

Prince 6th - 11th grade school portraits are available for viewing and ordering.
