Cocoa and Color
Over 30 Girls Inc. participants joined us for the Cocoa and Color holiday event. Kits with activity supplies were provided before the event that included art supplies, books from Deloitte, hot chocolate, peppermint spoons, stickers, snacks, and dolls from the Links. Members of the Philadelphia (PA) Chapter of the Links, Incorporated also joined us for the event to read two winter themed books to the girls. As a group, they played Snowgirl [Simon] Says, Build Your Own Snowgirl, an experiment with solubility levels to create the best cup of hot chocolate, and painted how we see ourselves as girls in the Girls Inc. world.

On December 14th, Girls Inc. Alumnae participated in Snowy Self-Care, a virtual event intended to inspire alum to practice wellness during the busy winter season. Prior to the event, participants received self-care kits, which included items donated by Deloitte. The event focused on participating in various self-care activities, such as skincare, mindfulness, gratitude journaling, and boundary setting, using items from the kit. Members of the Girls Inc. Associate Advisory Board and the Girls Inc. Alumnae Executive Board volunteered to support the activity and provided mentorship.
