Season of Ultimate Yin - Winter

This is a blog I recorded last February, mid-winter in Michigan. Since winter is again at our doorstep I thought it was a good time to revisit it.
"Winter is here."

This newsletter was created for those with an interest in Qigong for improved health, self-healing and longevity.

Please feel free to share with a friend or someone you know who may have a similar interest.  For additional information please take advantage of these additional sources  The Spirit of the Dragon website,  Face Book page, or blog - Qigong and You.

And as always -- Enjoy Life
