Mardi Gras celebrations will begin soon and Fat Tuesday is next week. We can certainly get behind a day that calls for indulging in the richest and fattiest foods before a season of foregoing the red meat that we adore.

In celebration of Mardi Gras, we have will have for PACZKI available this week. The kitchen will be baking in the early morning hours and delivering fresh Paczkis to us just in time for the routes.

The sun is out, the groundhog claims spring is near and we are already starting to gear up for the Summer Season! I've been talking with farmers to finalize seed plans and already putting together the calendar for the months ahead to start filling the bags for the summer share.
