 Free Indoor Trainer Rides

at Champaign Cycle

Dear

Come and ride with friends this winter at Champaign Cycle.  The nights are long and cold but you can stay warm and stay fit by riding inside with us every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:15 PM.  Bring your bicycle and your trainer and ride to a variety of spin videos which will direct and motivate you to keep riding and stay fit.  This winter series of rides is open to everyone.  You ride at your level and never get dropped.  Stay active and stay healthy this winter by continuing your riding inside.

As an added incentive you can join our frequent riders program.  You can earn a 10-20-30% discount determined by the number of indoor rides you complete.  So if fun, fitness, and friends aren't enough, you can save money by riding this winter.  We also offer storage for your bike and trainer so you don't have to haul them back and forth.

Join us starting Tuesday, November 12, 2013:

CycleOps Trainers - Ride inside all Winter

Saris Rider
Stay active this Winter by using the bike you already have on a CycleOps trainer.  You don't have to buy a dedicated indoor exerciser since you have most of an indoor exerciser in the bicycle you already own.  Add a CycleOps trainer and you're ready to go.  The advantage of a trainer, over a separate piece of exercise equipment, is that you exercise in the same way and the same position that you ride in all season.  This maintains conditioning in your back and upper body for cycling.  By riding inside through the Winter you can start at the same fitness level that you had in the Autumn.  So ride inside and stay fit this Winter.

P1 Fit
This Winter invest in making your bike the best it can be for you.  A proper fitting can improve your performance, comfort, and enjoyment for all your rides next year.  If you've been trying to ride through discomfort it's time to solve the problem.  If you want to increase your power output it's time for a fitting.  Our fit station is equipped with the Cycle-ops power meter so we measure your output in watts during the fit.   You can actually see your power improvement during the fitting.  Check out our fitting page for complete information on our fit system and then call to schedule your personal fitting this Winter.
