Open to adult, high school and travel middle school teams. Must have approval to play in league. Fast paced games on courts with an emphasis on stick skills. Team sign up only(10 player minimum). Reserve by emailing - sarah@playhersports.com or mailing in
team registration form.
1 hour of instruction for six weeks. Players will be grouped according to age and skill level. For new or intermediate players.
2 hour of instruction for three weeks. Intense clinic to get ready for the Spring season. Conditioning and skill work will be a focus. For intermediate to advanced players.
