Winholt New Florida Facility

Our Florida facility will open in July 2024, and it will be our fourth national manufacturing facility in the country, adding to our locations in PA, TX and CA. It adds significant manufacturing and supply chain capacity to the Southeast. With the investment in automated capital equipment, it adds to our US manufacturing efficiencies and shortens lead times to support the area.

Alex Ramos

Territory Sales Manager in Florida

Alex Ramos joined the Winholt team as the Territory Sales Manager in Florida. In his new position he will oversee the sales strategy for the state. Alex will report directly to Michael Chick, Vice President of Sales, and will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing winning strategies for both our foodservice and retail equipment.

Alex Ramos started his career in sales with Chefs' Warehouse, developing the Palm Beach territory.

Most recently, Alex was the Regional Sales Manager for Unox, covering South Florida and the Caribbean. In this position, he used his expertise as a chef by giving personalized demonstrations to dealers and end users. His role also allowed him to bring innovative time and labor solutions to clients, such as creating customized programs to increase efficiency and consistency. Alex was very hands-on and present in this position, which led to strong relationships with dealers.

Dawn Carlson

Product Manager

Dawn Carlson has joined Winholt as Product Manager, adding to our Marketing team. In her new position she will be responsible for developing product line strategies, including pricing, position, rationalization, and new product development.

Dawn brings valuable experience and expertise from her time at Star Holding Group, a Middleby Company. Her skill set includes fostering cross-functional collaboration across different business departments and a keen aptitude for analyzing market dynamics as well as developing customized strategies to meet customer demands and the competitive landscape.

Priscilla Rendon

Project Estimator

Priscilla joins the Winholt family as a Project Estimator. She joins a team of Stainless Steel Fabrication estimators to better support our customer requirements. She is working out of our Texas location and reports to Michael Chick, Senior Vice President of Sales.

Priscilla has over four years of experience in commercial project estimation in various fields of the construction industry, such as commercial flooring, traffic control, civil work, and, most recently, commercial retail and shell work. Her primary expertise lies in plan takeoffs, bids, and job site walkthroughs.
