This Friday you'll taste six lovely Italian wines with Garry Moore from Siema Wines and meet Patricia Castelli, local author of the just published book,
"The Story of Keswick Hall".
Siema Wines specializes in importing wine from Italy and we'll have three important wine regions represented on Friday evening. Patricia Castelli is the resident historian of Keswick Hall; she first started out as the Food & Beverage Manager and after getting many questions of the history of Keswick Hall she started her book project. Illustrated with photos, menus, tickets, movie publicity shots and filled with oral histories of those who feted one another beneath the chandeliers, "The Story of Kewick Hall" is one of those rare books that Charlottesville residents cannot put down. She'll be signing her book here during the wine tasting! |
