Good afternoon,

Windsor Road reconstruction project is off to a good start, the Contractor for the road will have completed the storm sewer work by the end of today. The Contractor will start grading the sub-base of Windsor Road starting tomorrow morning. During this process, you may experience slight delays getting into your driveways and into Highland Drive and Bellflower Lane. The Contractor will get you through as quickly as possible. 

We expect the grading and rock installation to be completed in the next week or two and curb/gutter to be installed shortly after the rock installation. During the curb and gutter installation, residents on Windsor Road will need to park on Highland Drive or Sunfish Pond parking lot until the concrete has been cured, curing time typically is 3-5 days. We will get you into your driveways as quickly as possible. 

The bridge project has slowed a little due to utility conflicts, but should be on track starting Monday. The bridge Contractor will be setting forms and starting bridge abutments soon.
