Good Morning,

The project is moving along. Weather pending, this week curb and gutter is expected to be installed Thursday (7/20) & Friday (7/21). Residents on Windsor Road will need to park temporarily on Highland Drive or use the Sunfish Pond parking lot, while the concrete is being poured. Once the concrete is poured, you will be able to park in front of your home until the concrete is cured, roughly 3-5 days. After the concrete has cured the contractor will install gravel along the curb, so you can have access to your driveway.

Next step once the curb and gutter is cured, the contractor will begin grading the road to finish grade and prepare for asphalt.
