September 20, 2022 - SANTA BARBARA, CA - Investment Grade R.E. Income Fund, LP (“IGRE”) a real estate investment company that owns and operates a portfolio of single-tenant, triple net leased medical, office, industrial and other necessity based properties throughout the United States, announced industry veteran Mr. Larry Skibo has joined the firm as National Sales Director.
Mr. Skibo will assume the responsibility of National Sales Director working with IGRE’s selling group network of broker dealers and registered investment advisors throughout the country. His background and invaluable experience will play a significant role in IGRE’s continued growth and success.
Mr. Skibo has 40 years of relevant experience in the financial services sector. He has managed distribution groups for US Allianz annuity and mutual funds, as well as MSF Annuities, in both the planner and wire house divisions. He also headed up those same divisions at ING Annuities raising over 1 billion dollars per year.
