All Hard 9 & PBA Baseball Members,

We are having a Wiffleball Pizza party for all the Baseball members of The Office Sports Facility this SUNDAY April 6th from 4:30 - 8:30.

We would like to bring all the players and parents together for a fun time. This will give all the players to mix amongst each other. This will also give the parents time to interact with each other and the coaches.

We have been working behind the scenes to get all of the scheduling and practice plans straightened out. Prior to this merger a portion of the organization had committed to a local recreational league and did not foresee the issues we are having now. We cannot break our commitment but we are working out plans to not have it affect you, our customers.

All of the coaches have a common goal to get each player better. Keith comes to us having played at the highest level of baseball and has a great vision for this organization. In our last several meetings items have come up like Player Profiles, Player Evaluations, Getting all age groups playing immediately, Multiple teams at all age level and there is more. I will be assisting Keith in anything that he needs as well as all of our coaching staff.

We have made a few errors in communication and scheduling in the last couple of weeks but please know that it was not intentional. We know that with our mistakes you, our customers, have been placed at a little inconvenience and look to make our communication and scheduling much more efficient.

The Wiffleball / Pizza night will be a chance to regroup and move forward. It will be a time to welcome all of the new PBA players and parents in and for the existing Hard 9 customers to celebrate the additional players by strengthening our organization.

Keith has been and will continue meet with all of the coaches this week to get everything organized and make this organization one of the tops in Southern California. This is a win/win for our whole organization and we look forward to making this a place that you are proud and excited to tell everyone that you play for.

Lastly, I know this is a little short notice but we would like to have all the players attend and enjoy the fun and play some waffle ball. We will be setting up both fields. After all is said and done, we do all this crazy stuff for our kids and this is an opportunity that we give them a fun night.
