UCSF Video Up for Webby People's Voice Award: The UCSF Office of Communications' powerful video about brain-computer technology assisting a paralyzed woman with speech has been nominated for a prestigious Webby Award in the Technology category. Out of 13,000 total projects entered, UCSF was nominated alongside videos produced by CBS News, BBC Studios, The Washington Post and ABC News. UCSF Staff Engagement Survey Opening Soon: The Staff Engagement Survey is your chance to provide candid feedback and inform efforts to make UCSF a more inclusive and engaging place to work. The short, confidential survey is administered by Gallup and open to staff across UCSF, including UCSF Health, USCF Benioff Children’s Hospitals and UCSF Benioff Children’s Physicians. Proposed Changes to UCSF Staff Assembly Bylaws: The UCSF Staff Assembly Executive Board has reviewed and proposed changes to bylaws to reflect the current duties, goals and responsibilities of the UCSF Staff Assembly and its board member roles more accurately. UCSF staff not represented by an exclusive bargaining agent are asked review the proposed changes and attend the Wednesday, April 17 meeting to discuss, vote to amend and approve.
