Who is Edith Stein: The Saint, Her Philosophy, & Her Spirituality with Dr. Donald Wallenfang, OCDS

In recent years, we’ve been privileged and blessed to see many men and women rise to the altar of the Church as canonized saints. Though they come from a variety of places, times, and cultures, each speaks a message to us of faith, hope, and charity, by way of their witness and testimony. This week, we’ll visit with Dr. Donald Wallenfang, a Professor of Philosophy and Theology at Sacred Heart Major Seminary in Detroit. He’ll tell us about Saint Teresa Benedicta of the Cross, Edith Stein, who was canonized by Pope John Paul the Second, now a saint himself, in 1998. He’ll tell us about her life, her philosophy, her spirituality, and why they’re important in this 21 st Century.
