Compassion Network Road Trip!
Compassion Network Road Trip!

Compassion Connect Summer 2018 Video Update:
Who Doesn't Love A Road Trip?

The problems in our neighborhoods are bigger than any one person or church, and they seem to grow when churches compete and passionate people don't have an outlet to serve.

But we know there is hope because over the past 10 years we have been blessed to guide hundreds of churches and thousands of people on a journey--a journey of serving and loving their neighbors together through free health clinics, anti-trafficking efforts, and more.

Now we feel God is calling us to help equip and empower the countless people sitting in churches nationwide who deeply care about addressing the serious issues affecting their neighbors and neighborhoods. We are excited to do this by launching the Compassion Network.

So what does that all mean?

It means we're taking this show on the road, and we want you to join us for the adventure. ;)

Save the Date: 'Compassion Grows' Banquet October 12!

It's our pleasure to invite you to this year's Annual Banquet! We will be celebrating 10 years of ministry, hearing from special guests, and enjoying music and good food together. Over the past 10 years we have had the privilege to equip tens of thousands of volunteers to join together and serve their neighbors. Now, we have a bold new vision to equip thousands more as we step out in faith in even more communities locally and around the nation.

Please join us for this milestone event to celebrate what God has done and to look forward in faith to the next 10 years!

1. Host a Table: Hosting simply means inviting friends and family to join you for this inspiring evening. Each table seats 8 guests and you may fill more than one table if desired. Not only will you bless the ministry, but you will enjoy a special evening with friends and family. Email us at banquet@compassionconnect.com to become a host!

2. Sponsor a Table: Sponsoring means donating $400 for the cost of a table for 8 guests. You can sponsor a table or tables even if you are unable to attend the event. Sponsor a table here!

Whether by simply attending the banquet or by hosting and/or sponsoring a table, your support will make it possible for more churches and individuals to live out their faith by serving together in their communities!

6 Reasons to Take a Compassion Clinic Tour This Year

Over the past decade, 26 different communities of churches have used Compassion Clinics as a tool to bring together volunteers (more than 27,000) to provide holistic and compassionate health services to their struggling neighbors (more than 31,000) who might otherwise have gone without these essential services. We feel blessed to have played a role in helping these communities and individuals--these everyday heroes--on their journey of unity and service to their neighbors.

We hope that each and every person of faith finds an outlet to express the love of Jesus outside the four walls of a church building, and to those who feel called, we invite you to explore how Compassion Clinics might be your outlet.

But....maybe you're not sure if you want to dive in. You need to see it in person. Meet some people, have some conversations...

A Place to Call Home: One Family's Journey from Barely Surviving to a Fresh Start
s

When *Nadia Arellano's employer discovered she was pregnant, everything changed.

She had been working as a carpenter for a construction company, but after they found out about her pregnancy, safety restrictions required she be laid off--leaving her not only pregnant but jobless, and the primary provider for her three children.

Without a job Nadia couldn't afford housing, so for three months the four survived by living in their storage unit and car. With the help of volunteers and resources from the Compassion Care Center, the family was able to enter a shelter as a temporary solution. But Nadia's 14 year old daughter ran away while they were there, and because of their living situation Nadia was too afraid to call the police for help.
