Where did that year go?
It's December again.  I'm not sure how that happened, a few weeks ago it was Spring wasn't it?

I was so surprised at the end of the year fast approaching me I trhought I'd have a quick look to see what I did this year.

According to my diary, amongst lots of other stuff I ran Negotiation skills training in Switzerland, Southampton, Windsor and Aberdeen.

I ran some Sales training sessions for Dental practices, Several Navigator sessions for a variety of clients from all sectors, facilitated some Awaydays, spoke at a couple of conferences, ran some Leadership programmes, succesfully launched the Presenter's Toolkit, delivered a couple of NLP Business Practitioner and Master Practitioner courses, started delivering on Unlocking Potential's Stand Out From The Crowd programme and did lots and lots of coaching.

I love the variety of my life and my life balance isn't too bad at the moment although I'm ready for a break ahead of next year's eclectic mix of development activities.

You may have read the 'be careful what you wish for' blog article a while ago.  If you did, you'll know I love being part of a band called EngineHouse.  I'm thinking about the band today as I'm still buzzing from a gig a couple of days ago at the Culdrose Naval Airbase where we played on a stage attached ot a Helicopter in a huge hanger with a very appreciative audience.

Some time ago (under our old name of Sevenlegs) we released an extremely cheesy Christmas song ironically called 'Christmas Number One'.  I thought as it's the time of giving I'd give you the chance to hear it (a risky strategy as, when you hear it you may well immediately unsubscribe from this list)  in case you still want to listen, here's the link.

All of us at Evolution hope you have a fantastic Christmas and New Year and we look forward to working with many of you in 2018
