It’s that time of year again – flu and COVID season - and the easiest way to protect yourself and your family is to get vaccinated. 

Flu and COVID vaccines are safe and lower your risk of needing hospital care or even dying. Young children, older adults and people who are immunocompromised are at highest risk. When you get vaccinated, you protect yourself and help protect them too. 

Schedule an appointment in your MyChart account or with your care center. You can also get vaccinated at a CHA pharmacy (19+), or your local pharmacy (check age limits).

CHA is Supporting Youth

CHA’s Community Health Improvement Youth Initiatives offer real life learning opportunities for young people. This past summer, our young Mental Health Ambassadors created a video to raise mental health awareness through storytelling.
