Greetings Councilman,
The City Planning Department has been hosting community meetings (9/7, 9/14, 9/22, and 9/28) to introduce the public to Phase 2 of Jersey City's Master Plan Implementation.
The next meeting is tonight at 6 pm at City Hall Annex. The focus will be spent on the R-1 Zoning District, the largest zone in the City.
Join us to learn about the recommendations of the OUR JC Master Plan and provide your comments, questions, and suggestions.
In addition to community meetings, City Planning staff conduct four walking tours with the general public. Ward F's walking Tour is Scheduled for October 6th. The purpose is to continue the discussion of the community meetings and see our neighborhood's strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities. These walks will last for about two miles so plan accordingly.
