Sweetheart Baskets - Limited number available!
Student activities and Culinary Arts have joined forces to create a Sweetheart Basket for you and your special someone for Valentine’s Day!

The FREE basket will include all the ingredients and instructions to make something special.
All you must do is pick up, make it, and enjoy.

RSVPs are required due to limited baskets being made.

A limited number are still available. Please RSVP to studentactivities@wvncc.edu by February 7th by 8:30 am.

The Office of Student Activities has partnered with Wheeling Park Ice Rink to provide up to two free admissions with Skate rental included.

COVID-19 Weekly Testing
A reminder that Roxby Labs will provide free COVID testing weekly for STUDENTS AND EMPLOYEES.

**Please note, that due to weather, testing from Friday, Feb. 4 has been moved to Monday, Feb. 7 on each campus:
Wheeling - 10am - noon
Weirton & New Martinsville - 10am - 11am**

Normal Testing Schedule:
Wheeling
Thursdays and Fridays from 12:00 to 2:00 pm
Testing in Wheeling will take place in the Education Center - Gym

Weirton
Fridays from 12:00 to 2:00pm

New Martinsville
Fridays from 12:00 to 1:00pm

West Virginia University will be available to talk with WVNCC students about any questions regarding WVU, transferability, graduation, careers, and more.
WVU staff will be available on Zoom and WVNCC's ACTion Center Director, Lisa Soly, will be visiting the campus to meet with students. You can stop by in person or attend over Zoom!

It's tax time!
1098-T documents are not printed at WVNCC. Tax documents are available from Heartland ECSI.

ECSI clients may direct their students to the ECSI website (https://heartland.ecsi.net/) for any questions related to their 1098-T statement and to access an electronic copy of their 1098-T statement on the ECSI portal.

To access their 1098-T statement online, students will need their:
·       First and Last Name
·       Social Security Number
·       Zip Code that appears on their 1098-T form
 
Students with Electronic Consent
Students that have consented to receive their 1098-T electronically will receive an email notification (unless otherwise agreed upon) within 24 - 48 hours.
