Tuesday, August 20 – All College meeting 9 - 10 a.m., campus luncheon 12-1 p.m., plan on general campus meetings 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. on this day
Wednesday, August 21 - Some general campus meetings on this day and faculty division meetings. Again, plan on meetings between 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. on this day
Thursday, August 22 - There are some general campus meetings on this day. We will have a division coordinator/dean meeting over lunch
Friday, August 23 – Faculty Senate meeting at 9 a.m., SSEA meeting at 10:30 a.m.

2024-25 Deep Data Dive Schedule |
Continuing the College's strategic priority of Relevance and Excellence and the related goal of promoting data transparency, listed below is the 2024-2025 Deep Data Dive Series.
As in past series, these presentations are designed to help ALL members of the college community, regardless of one’s role, to connect with important data. Essentially, it’s an invitation for all to broaden their knowledge and understanding of the inputs and outputs that keep the College running.
Participation is voluntary, and the series is conveniently delivered in webinar format, with one exception being in August. The upcoming series will include some familiar topics along with several new areas. Guest presenters will guide participants through each topic, emphasizing keeping the material approachable for novice and experienced individuals alike.

A separate calendar invitation with login instructions will be distributed before each topic. The series will launch in August 2024 and continue through March 2025. Each topic will be covered in about 45 minutes. Please join in for the topics that interest you or the entire series.

New Student Orientation
In-person orientation for new students who are beginning this fall semester will be held during the following times:
Central Campus | Wednesday, August 21 | 5:30 - 8 p.m.
Brown Co. Campus | Thursday, August 22 | 5:30 - 8 p.m.

New Section - Monthly FERPA Information
FERPA is very broad and something that all employees (staff and faculty) need to be aware of. A FERPA fact will be provided each month by Registrar Amanda Thompson to help keep FERPA at the forefront of all employees' minds.
