A business strategy should align with the resources available to accomplish it. It is tempting as a business owner to reach “everybody,” a strategy only the largest companies can afford. Prioritizing the list to cull it to match resources is best accomplished collaboratively. The consultants at the Small Business Development Center can help you see the most promising strategies, as well as those that might simply subtract. To meet with one of our local consultants, simply click here. https://floridasbdc.org/request-for-consulting/ The Small Business Development Center offers confidential, no cost consulting to business owners.
