I don't know about you, but I am "technology-averse". All this talk about Artificial Intelligence, Gamification, Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, etc has me both curious and running for the hills. Technology in L&D is moving so fast, and there are so many opportunities to use technology to build our skill set in the field and help our company/clients hit their goals. If you are curious but skeptical like me, I would highly recommend you attend the Immersive Technology Learning Expo on April 27.

HLD SIG - The Power of Psychological Safety

TUESDAY, April 16th, 5:30 - 7pm ~ Go beyond knowing what the buzz phrase "Psychological Safety" means, to being able to intelligently discuss it at a job interview, with your manager, or with the teams you lead. Learn how to foster innovative, engaged teams and embed it in your training strategies. As always, you'll have the opportunity to engage the facilitator and other attendees in conversation.
