So This is Fifty - 50?!?

I turned fifty in March and so far it is not so bad. I am grateful for my family and my little business. The relationships I have built in this industry since 1998 mean so much to me. Thank you for trusting me with your most important projects.

I have made some decisions regarding the KB & CO. line package, and no longer represent Workrite or Montisa. Stay tuned for details on a couple of new manufacturers I will be representing soon!

Chapter Leadership Summit

The IIDA San Antonio City Center hosted the 2024 TX OK Chapter Leadership Summit. 60+ designers from across Texas and Oklahoma came to San Antonio to share best practices and learn more about the issues affecting the design community.

Thank you to Via Seating and Clarus for sponsoring the welcome dinner. I was able to attend and show off some product, as well as meet many new designer friends! I am proud to be on the committee that planned this event. Great job, team!

Easy Delicious Fish Tacos

Full disclosure, this is NOT a picture from tacos I made. I do make a really good fish taco that is quick and easy. Perfect for a weeknight.

Ingredients:

Corn tortillas

Frozen fish of your choice

Bagged, shredded cabbage

Fish taco sauce

Fresh limes

Avocado

Cilantro and jalapeños if you like them-

Directions:

This seems pretty self-explanatory, but cook the fish as directed in the oven. Prepare the cilantro, avocado, and other garnishes. Warm the tortillas. Add fish, cabbage, taco sauce and garnishes. I serve with Spanish rice.
