Final Message from Mayor Todd Rigby
In just a few short weeks my one-year mayoral term will come to an end and as I reflect on what an incredible year this has been for the city, I feel nothing but gratitude. Each year, Eastvale surpasses expectation, and I am proud to have been a part of the positive changes we've achieved.
Serving as your mayor this year has been a profound honor, and I am thankful for the trust and collaboration that defined our shared efforts.
As this specific chapter concludes, I want you to know that my commitment to public service remains unwavering and I will carry it with me as I continue to serve on the City Council.
I am eager to continue working alongside my esteemed colleagues to ensure Eastvale remains a vibrant and thriving city.
Thank you for the privilege of allowing me to serve as your mayor, and I look forward to the continued journey of serving you on the Eastvale City Council.
Mayor Todd Rigby

Local, State, and Federal Government Celebrate the
City of Eastvale Being Recognized Under the 92880 ZIP Code
The City of Eastvale, Congresswoman Norma Torres, Congressman Ken Calvert, and Senator Alex Padilla are proud to announce that after many months of advocacy, the United State Postal Service has revised the 92880 ZIP code to accurately register as Eastvale, California starting January 1, 2024!
“This change not only reflects the growth and vibrancy of our community but also ensures that our residents receive the attention and service they deserve. This redesignation is a testament to the collaborative efforts of our residents, businesses, and local, state, and federal government. As a city, we are proud of this significant milestone and appreciate everyone that made this possible,” said Mayor Todd Rigby.
The city will remain home to ZIP codes 92880 and 91752, but legislation H.R. 696 and H.R. 860 were introduced in Congress earlier this year and hope to mitigate the issue. In the meantime, our legislators and the City will celebrate this step in the right direction.
