Quilt Builder Block of the Week

Build your block making skills with this twice a month class. We will meet to tackle cutting, building and sewing two blocks each week.

The blocks we will be learning can be made in sizes 6", 8", 10 ", 12" or a whopping 36" perfect for quick table toppers or baby quilt to gift!

We will also cover tips, tools and techniques that help make quilting easy and fun, and will definitely will improve your quilt block building skills.

Advanced Teen Sewing Club

This club is for Teens who have sewing experience and would like to get together to create new and exciting projects! Students will get guidance by an experienced sewist. This a closed group; students must test in to determine appropriate experience level. Eligible student should receive an invitation from the teacher prior to enrolling. 

OPEN SEW SATURDAY

Join us on the 1st Saturday each month for OPEN SEW SATURDAY! A day for you to come in with your own sewing or embroidery machine, and whatever project you may be working on. We chat and give a little help if you need it. Bring your own lunch, or go out somewhere nearby, just sort of free-wheeling it.

We'll leave that up to you.

Create a Santa wall hanging that measures 28 X 38 inches. You will be using the QCR mini ruler to cut several pieces of material on the curve and then sew them on the curve. This will be a 2 session class. The first session will be mainly cutting the pieces and using the mini ruler to cut the curves that help create this fun wall hanging.
