The Longest Day is Cornelius Ryan’s unsurpassed account of D-Day, a book that endures as a masterpiece of military history. I
This book, first published in 1959, is a must for anyone who loves history, as well as for anyone who wants to better understand how free nations prevailed at a time when darkness enshrouded the globe. The Wright Museum will be screening the 1962 film The Longest Day on June 6 at noon.

Birds, Bats, and Butterflies

Presented by Julie Brown from the Wentworth Watershed Association. The Birds, Bats & Butterflies slide presentation highlights a dozen wildlife species commonly seen in New Hampshire. Participants will learn cool animal facts and find out how the diverse mix of habitats in our region support various species.

the mother of Jim, a freelance journalist captured and killed by ISIS in 2014. American Mother is the heart-rending story of her journey of strength, resilience and radical empathy.

Little Explorers Outdoor Adventure

Where? Brewster Heath Preserve - off McManus Road in Wolfeboro. For kids ages 3 and up to be accompanied by a parent- fun for the whole family!
We'll join our friends from the Wentworth Watershed Association, who will take us for a short hike exploring the watershed, make a nature craft, and hear story time in the outdoor classroom.
Be sure to wear clothes that can get dirty, comfortable shoes, and bug spray. :)
