"Nes"
Join me
Mondays
& Fridays, 11:00-11:45am for Wild Rhythms, Global
Adventures,
and
Thursdays, 4:00-4:45pm for Wild About Rock & Roll.
Sing,
dance, chant, listen to songs & stories and play rhythm
instruments with me as we explore different countries and cultures
each week in Global Adventures.
Learn
the basics of Rock & Roll, create a
rock band, learn musical instruments and vocabulary, make a music
video & more in Wild About Rock & Roll.
About
Me
Nes
is a professional guitar player,
singer/songwriter/composer/producer.
Nes
currently plays lead guitar for the Rock
Band "Pink Over Black" and has played guitar for a number of
different projects such as "Jesus Speed", "Sweetie", "The Children of Technicolor", "Samantha Rex",
"Sid Haywoode" as well as session guitar for many leading producers
such as Dante Ross & DJ Green Lantern and was most recently
included on DJ Green Lantern's Obama Mix Tape.
Nes
has also produced many different acts such as "Ife Mora", "Johnny
Cruz" & "Mari Baade" as well as most recently having composed
and scored the music for the independent films "Thirst"
& "Iddo's Chair".
Nes
is proficient in many styles of music and has over 20 years of
guitar playing experience.
Nes
plays often in the New York & LA music
scene.
As
Director of Music & Play, his goal is to instill an
appreciation and understanding of music into our children at an
early age, thereby stimulating and exercising their brains, and in
doing so, making them stronger, more capable, and more in-tune with
the world.
