We believe the Bible teaches us that the goal of the Christian life is to grow up as disciples of Jesus Christ. That's what discipleship is, growing up in your faith. This should happen in our own lives personally, spill over into our families and ultimately into the community around us. The New Testament book of 1 Timothy will be our roadmap as we discover God's direction for our lives, and for those we disciple, so we can grow up in our faith and be ready for anything.

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY

Sunday is Father's Day and we will be celebrating all the dads! Who doesn't love root beer and beef jerky, right?

Dads, we thank you for all the love, support and advice you have given your kids and will continue to give your kids. We pray God gives you wisdom as you guide, direct and lead your family. You are true heroes!

This Saturday, June 17, Love Shack presents our annual Drive Thru Double Date Night. What does that mean? You, your spouse, and a couple friend of your choice hop in a car and show up at our campus, where you'll literally drive thru and receive everything you need to head out for a fun date night!

SERVE CAMPUS

Highpoint Kids is a great place to make a difference! There are many ways you can serve: checking in new families, providing a safe environment for kids, rocking babies, playing with toddlers, leading a small group of kids, singing worship or telling the Bible story in KidCity. There really is a place in HPKids for anyone, including YOU! HPKids is the perfect place to impact the next generation in a powerful and life changing way that will last forever!

SERVE LOCAL

Three Highpointers are in Arizona on a 10 day ministry trip with Navajo Missions. They are part of a larger group from all over the country, all aimed at serving and ministering to the Navajo people. Laura and Stacey are helping with food preparations and serving while Debbie is helping teach a discipleship class.

Please pray for these ladies, that God would use them in extraordinary ways... as well as protect them from scorpions and rattle snakes!

SERVE GLOBAL

They're in Cuba!

Our team to Cuba has been hard at work all week alongside a local church in Santa Cruz that we are building a relationship with. Our team has served with the local church in an outreach ministry, distributing reading glasses and using the glasses as an opportunity to share the Gospel. In the afternoons and evenings, our team has been teaching Pastor Chris's Priority Time in a workshop format, and tying it into discipleship.

We pray that God would continue to use them and to strengthen the relationship between Highpoint and they local churches in Santa Cruz.

CREW

Wednesdays @ 6:00pm in the Auditorium

CREW is a weekly event for Middle and High School students featuring the best live music in Memphis, a VIP experience for guests and their friends, creative and uplifting talks from one of our pastors, and small groups for students that are all about following God and developing friendships. For more info about CREW or to get your student ministry questions answered, find Aaron Nobel at the CREW area in the lobby on Sunday.

HIGHPOINT KIDS

Here at Highpoint, your children are a top priority. Every Sunday, children experience safe and secure environments where the Bible is taught in a fun and creative way.

Remember, you can check in at any building, and your scan tag is a quick and easy way to sign in. If you don't have a scan tag, be sure to ask for one this Sunday.

If you are planning to visit this Sunday and you haven't preregistered your kids, you can do so here to make check in even easier!

ELEMENTARY UPDATE

If you're child is in Kindergarten - 5th grade, they are switching rooms for the summer! The Elementary kids will now be meeting in the main auditorium building, upstairs on the west side. We will still offer the same great programs and can't wait to see your kids this Sunday!

You can drop off your kids in the following rooms after checking them in downstairs:

Kindergarten + 1st Grade - Room 206
2nd + 3rd Grade - Room 210
4th + 5th Grade - Room 207

PRESCHOOL UPDATE

For the summer, we've moved our preschoolers into the main auditorium building! We will still offer the same amazing programs. We hope to see your kids this Sunday. You can drop your kids off in the following rooms after checking them in downstairs:

3, 4, + 5 yr olds - Room 103

BASECAMP ADVENTURE DAY

Wednesday, June 28 @ 9:00-3:00pm

Basecamp is a fun-filled day of adventure with the Highpoint Kids Team. Kids who have completed kindergarten, first, and second grade are encouraged to come spend their Wednesday at Basecamp. It'll be a blast and your child will not want to miss it!
